I finished my Christmas hedgie. He is cute. I painted him on a sheet of plywood that I found in a dumpster. He looks just like the Beanie Baby hedgie that the girls love, and Fern just about went nuts when she saw him.

I was going to tell you - my SIL bought us some paintings from some famous guy who is really prolific and does a lot of album covers from bands we like. The paintings she bought us were on what looks to be 1/4" plywood. To hang they have 4 holes drilled through near the top that have a wire twisted through and he just painted right over it. Seems like a cost effective way to go!
